"We pay heed to the smallest of suggestions from our customers. Our market research has given us interesting insights on the type of products that the customers are looking for and this double toned buffalo milk is the first in the line of many product innovations that are poised to be launched," he added. Apart from physical outlets and shops, the new product will also be available for order and home delivery on the company app. The company also has plans to tap in the customer base of leading large format retail outlets across the city to market the product.
